So it was our 1 year anniversary on Friday! It was a really fun day and Sean surprised me with beautiful yellow flowers...
A trip up to Sundance to pick out something special...
A yummy dinner at Macaroni Grill, and the cutting of our cake! Sean brought back the top part of our cake that was saved and frozen from our reception 1 year ago in AZ. He also surprised me with shoving it in my face as well, too bad we don't have a picture of that. It was so cute, he took it out of the trash and everything. Don't let that cute innocent face fool you, apparently he was still a little upset from when I did the honors at our reception last year.
Thanks for making our 1st year the best ever Sean! Love you.

congratulations! i ate leftover cake from our wedding for weeks, so by the time the year mark rolled around i couldn't bear the thought of it. plus we spent our anniversary with steve's entire family......

Wow! I can't believe you have been married one year. How time flies! I am so glad to hear you had a good anniversary. We went up to Sundance too on our 1 year. But we forgot about the cake for a few weeks and my stepmom who stored it for us didn't wrap it, just stuck it in the freezer. It was gross.
Dude... the year old frozen cake is pretty disgusting. I couldn't hack more than a couple bites of it. Nothing like freezer-burned fondant.

Ashley! I laughed so hard with the just pinch it quote. I think I still have my business card in my wallet. I would do the hand signal, but seeing as how I am typing this, it doesnt have the full effect...but im sure you can imagine.
Rach, Sean flew in that afternoon, went and picked up flowers and then to get me the Hobo wallet. I dont think he realized how many different colors there were to choose from. He also called my sister Brooke who works at Sundance to see if they had the necklace and ring there that I wanted, but they didnt, so he decided to let me pick! Instead of the wallet I chose jewelry:)Did you notice the cute bracelets too?!! They have matching pearls on them:) I love it.
Marc, I dont think you are supposed to eat the fondant anyway??! The cake wasnt too bad, I was surprised how well it held up for that whole year. A few bites was enough for me though.
