Ok so I know nobody cares about my hair, nor should they. But I would like some input. My hair is long and boring and I kind of need a change. I'm not talking about cutting my hair short, but I'm thinking about getting some bangs again. If I do choose to switch it up a bit, I'm debating if I should go for the swoop or the egyptian cut? Currently my "bangs" are pretty ugly. They are usually tucked behind my ear and I know my 4 in. roots don't help...which is also something that will need to be addressed when I go to AZ next month(brooke, you are in for a real treat!). But lets take 1 thing at a time. Bangs, or no bangs?

You can rock the bangs, girl. I like them. I vote yes. Although be warned: NYC summers are hot & sticky. I'm concerned for the health and safety of my own bangs. I'm thinking they might be grown out about come June, into the modified bang/swoop. And headbands. I'll probably be wearing lots of headbands.
But I say yes. Change is always fun.

Bangs! It's nice to have a change. I love the blunt cut bangs on you...its totally mod.

I vote side bangs. I like the full bangs but I LOVE the side bangs. Either way looks super cute though.

first of all- i would kill for your hair. in fact, your long locks are motivation for growing mine out (maybe by christmas? only 2 years to make it happen...) i currently have bangs and have a love/hate relationship. i'd say if you go with bangs- do the side sweep, they are more versatile. but i love your hair exactly how it is!

You have 4 inch roots too. We should totally get together then maybe we can get the regrowth look to be hip.

I would go with straight bangs. They're cute on you and you can always pull them up with a bobby pin when you want, especially in the summer. BUT, I would definately do what YOU want not what anyone else says.
The swoop bangs have always been my favorite on you! I even had bang envy when you had them. I really seriously considered cutting some because I liked yours so much.
